It is often used by [[Wii-Linux]] users, as MINI is the only firmware that Linux will run under, and BootMii is the primary (but not only) way to load it. == Boot sequence == The boot sequence for BootMii is as follows: * Initialize the hardware * Attempt to load [[MINI]] from <code>bootmii/armboot.bin</code> from a FAT partition on an SD Card ** If this step fails (no SD Card connected, no FAT, file doesn't exist, read failure, etc), it will load [[Nintendo]]'s boot2 and proceed to let the system boot normally
