Latte is the name of the MCM and SoC inside of the Wii U. It was based on the Hollywood SoC and Broadway CPU. The Latte MCM and SoC contains multiple pieces of hardware all lumped into one. Nintendo claims that the Latte SoC is the Wii U's GPU, however, this is not the case. The Latte SoC contains the GPU, but it is not, itself, the GPU.

The Latte SoC runs at 550MHz (243MHz or 162MHz in Back-Compat mode). The various hardware blocks inside run at various fractions of that speed.

There are multiple revisions of the Latte SoC with different functionality.
