BootMii

BootMii is a piece of software developed by fail0verflow, intended as a boot2 replacement. After initializing the hardware, BootMii will attempt to load MINI from bootmii/armboot.bin on a FAT partition on an SD Card. Should that fail (no SD Card connected, no FAT, file doesn't exist, read failure, etc), it will load Nintendo's boot2 and proceed to let the system boot normally. BootMii is often used by Wii-Linux users, as MINI is the only firmware that Linux will run under, and BootMii is the primary (but not only) way to load it.
